Laurent Schkolnyk is a contemporary master of the mezzotint. Born in Paris in 1953, Schkolnyk studied at the Beaux Arts School in Nantes. His art is in the permanent collections of the Los Angeles County Museum and the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco.
