A contemporary master of figure and landscape, Marie Larson was a beloved instructor of painting, drawing, and sculpture in southeastern
Michigan for more than forty years. Her lush oil paintings and subtly nuanced life drawings have been exhibited at the Detroit Institute of Art and
the Grand Rapids Art Museum. Marie, now retired, lives in Chicago.
